I GOT IN AN ACCIDENT, WHAT DO I DO?
Call the police and get an accident report, even if it is minor. Collect information from the other party involved including their insurance information. Call your insurance company as soon as possible.
AM I REQUIRED TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE ESTIMATE FOR MY INSURANCE COMPANY?
You are NOT required by law to get more than one estimate from any licensed body shop.
WHAT INSURANCE COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH?
We work with all insurance companies. You have the right to chose the body shop of your choice regardless of insurance recommendations.
How much does an estimate cost? Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
Estimates are free. We do recommend having an appointment, this will insure that you can get in at a time that works for you.
What if the insurance company already wrote an estimate?
Bring the estimate they wrote to our shop and we will take a copy and get you scheduled in for repairs. If we find any additional damages we will work directly with the insurance company on your behalf.
Do you do restoration or work on older vehicles?
Due to parts availability, excessive wear and tear, and rust issues we do not work on any makes and models under the year 2000.
When can I bring my vehicle in for repairs?
After we complete your estimate or when you bring the estimate your insurance company wrote we will schedule you for a date to drop the vehicle off. We will also give you a call the day before your scheduled drop off to remind you of your appointment.
Can I get a ride home or to work when I drop my vehicle off for repairs?
Yes, we can give you a ride to where you need to go within the Cheyenne city limits.
What if I have a rental car?
When you drop your vehicle off we will give the rental company a call and they will pick you up for our shop.
Will the parts for my car be there when I drop it off for repairs?
Yes, we pre-order all parts necessary prior to your drop off date to help get your vehicle repaired and back to you within the estimated time. However once the vehicle is in the shop it is likely that we find additional damage and will need to order additional parts.
How long will my vehicle be in the shop for repairs?
We can give you an estimated time your vehicle will be in the shop. We cannot guarantee a delivery date due to many unforeseen circumstances in the repairing of automobiles. If additional damage is found during the repair process or we need additional parts it will add repair time. We will call and keep you informed if this happens.
Will I be kept informed while my vehicle is in the shop?
Yes, we will keep you updated throughout the repair process. We will let you know what stage it is in and if any additional damage was found or if we are waiting on parts. If you have any questions you are always welcome to call us
When and to who do I pay my deductible?
When the repairs are complete and you come to pick up your vehicle we will collect the full deductible.
What kind of warranty does Lennox offer?
Lennox Auto Body warranties all workmanship, with the exception of rust repair where complete panels have not been replace. We use top of the line PPG paint. PPG offers a lifetime warranty. This would exclude additional damage and normal wear and tear, such as rock chips. All warranty work is limited to current owner at the time of service and is not transferable if the vehicle is sold.
